She has no idea what to do with her life except that she wants to help her childhood best friend in the weeks leading up to and following the birth of her first child. Staying in her parents' home while they're away, she's surprised when a familiar-looking man keys into the house with his massive dog. Levi doesn't want to cause any problems with anyone, as that part of his life is behind him, but because his house is a mess of renovations and repairs and his dog needs a place to stay, he shares with the messy daughter of the friends who promised him a landing pad.

Georgie All Along sounds like an interesting book. The many threads you describe drew me in.
I’m curious about the warnings. Is there a set list of subjects that might elicit distress, or are those items chosen on a case-by-case basis? I could imagine, for instance, “eating dessert” listed as a warning, but only if it were a description of Ron DeSantis eating chocolate pudding.
Yes, this one was fun to read.
You’re right, watching Ron DeSantis eating pudding might give me nightmares. There isn’t a set list of warnings that I know about, but lots of people don’t like reading about bodily processes, cruelty, violence, etc. Since I’ve started doing this, I’m surprised how many romance novels include vomit, which I know many people don’t want to read about.
